1<\/span> cup<\/span> Shredded Cheese <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> Ground Pepper <\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> Salt <\/span><\/div>\n

Cut cauliflower up into bite size pieces. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Steam cauliflower bites until tender (about 10 minutes)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and butter a baking dish <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Stir in flour until well mixed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Stir in milk and simmer until slightly thickens. Take off heat and stir in cheese until smooth. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Combine cauliflower and cheese sauce in saucepan and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
